4th Annual Distinguished Legal Writing Award

IBLS Editorial Board is accepting the latest submissions for the upcoming Legal Writing Award for the best summary submitted by IBLS Charter Partner.

The winning law firm and attorney will be announced in January, 2005, by the IBLS Editorial Board. The author of the winning summary will be awarded 500 IBLS stock options, along with having the winning summary published and included in the IBLS' monthly newsletter.

Final Enrollment for The Diploma in Global Cybercrime Law

There are only few days left to register for the exclusive twelve week online Diploma Program in Global Cybercrime Law. The deadline for applications is January 5, 2005. The Program is scheduled to begin on January 15, 2005!

New Quarterly Theme - Online Contracting

Continuing with the tradition of its monthly newsletter, IBLS is introducing a new quarterly theme-Online Contracting, another important legal aspect of Internet and E-Commerce Law. A selected theme is covered in a special summary from the IBLS Global Internet and E-commerce Law Database, and it is contributed by attorney Lanise Hayes, Studio Legale Imperiali, IBLS Charter Partner from Naples, Italy.
