IBLS' New Improved Site

On April 12, 2004 IBLS relaunched its website with improved design, navigation, and database performance. For more than 6 months, the IBLS Information Technology department conducted extensive research and development; using the newest Internet technologies, including Microsoft .NET, to position the site in line with competitive Internet businesses strategies in terms of scalability, design, performance, and security.
