Western State University College of Law Licenses E-Commerce Courses from IBLS IBLS was chosen by Western State University College of Law to offer E-commerce courses for its Juris Doctorate (JD) program. The online courses will utilize material from IBLS’ database of law summaries authored by experts from more than 30 countries.
Western State’s partnership with the IBLS online education program allows students to earn credits toward their JD via the Internet. According to the American Bar Association (ABA). The IBLS Legal Database used in this program contains summaries written in an easy-to-understand business language, is accessible in multiple languages and includes immediate access to the original source of law and regulation. IBLS Charter & Network Partners, representing law firms around the world, participate in updating the database by writing summaries on constantly changing Internet regulations and laws.
Western State joins St. Thomas University School of Law as the latest universities to utilize IBLS' online education division and e-commmerce experts. Additional information on the program will soon be available at www.edu.ibls.com.

IBLS Views on E-Commerce Law; E-Commerce Times Article Continuing in it's capacity as an E-Commerce Law authority, IBLS was recently interviewed for an article in the E-Commerce Times entitled "Tackling the E-Commerce Legal Quagmire".
