 Internet Business Law Services (IBLS), www.IBLS.com, has established Graduate Fellowships for E-Commerce law specialization in Masters in Law in International Tax and Financial Services offered by Thomas Jefferson School of Law, http://llmprogram.tjsl.edu/. Started in 1998, the LLM Program remains the first and only one to offer graduate law degrees through an entirely online course of study at an American Bar Association (ABA) accredited law school. The student body adds an interdisciplinary element to the educational experience. Although individuals with law degrees make up roughly half of the student body, the other half is drawn from the fields of accounting, finance, economics and other business disciplines.

 In 2004, Duke University was the first academic institution to provide iPods to 1,650 incoming freshman, to foster innovative usage of technology among students. Duke students were able to download course content, lectures, audio books, and music from a school's website resembling iTunes. Since then, other academic institutions have followed and allowed students to use iPods in school campuses for both academic and entertainment purposes. Despite the prominence of this academic/technological innovation, a debate emerged. Now in 2007, some educators claim students are using iPods to cheat.

 My son is learning his multiplication tables. We are doing some exercises with 'paper and a pen.' He says, ‘mom! this is boring… let"s go to multimplication.com.’ I look at him and quickly think. Wow, he is asking for e-learning, action, animation, liveliness, fun…! We turn on the computer and he goes on his own…He was learning his multiplication tables by hitting a ‘green monster’ with the right answer. He must get it right to win the green monster. He really tries to ‘remember’ the table to win the monster. I just sat and saw how exited he was and how easy for me! Yes, video games may be the education road for the new generation. I can see it as a parent. ‘Can Video Games Save Education?’ is the slogan of a research study conducted by the MacArthur Foundation on how digital learning may impact education in this new era.
