High Technology Unions In Electronic Commerce

Employees at some high-tech companies have made efforts to “unionize” although these attempts may not be applicable to the new economy. High technology companies must however be aware of the potential of unions and their effect on employees. There are distinct advantages and disadvantages to the formation of unions to deal with issues involving high technology companies and their employees.
