Nonuniformity Of Cyberstalking Laws

Cyberstalking is a problem of global concern that has remained relatively ignored because of the difficulties of enforcement. Perpetrators find it easy to locate their victims and keep their anonymous status. However the non-uniformity in the laws has made it difficult to enforce and prosecute cyberstalking. Federal law needs to be amended to effectively deal with this crime and to preempt the unclear differing state laws.
