Cyberstalking is a problem of global concern that has remained relatively ignored because of the difficulties of enforcement. Perpetrators find it easy to locate their victims and keep their anonymous status. This crime is growing in number and there are approximately 100 new cases reported each week of users attempting to use the Internet to intimidate other users.
