Unfair Competition Under French Internet Law

There is no statute defining unfair competition under French law. Therefore the Courts decide what constitutes unfair competition on a case-by-case basis. The Courts traditionally distinguish among 4 different types of unfair competition, and are now adjusting these categories to Internet disputes.
