Personal Data Collection And Processing Under European And French Law

The European Data Protection Directive strictly regulates personal data collection, processing and transfer. The application of this Directive concerns the data controllers established in Europe, or which processing equipment (i.e.: computing center) is established in Europe, and the non-European companies transferring personal data from Europe.
