Internet Service Providers Compliance With Digital Millennium Copyright Act Safe Harbor Provisions

The issue of whether or not an Internet service provider must be forced to relinquish private information on a subscriber has become hotly debated. The Recording Industry Association of America or the trade organization has been attempting to force Verizon Internet Services to give them private information about one of its subscribers that the RIAA suspects of offering a large collection of MP3s for download.
