Cybercafes And The Rising Tension Between Security & Privacy Concerns

There has been a rising use of cybercafes on a global basis that have been the subject of security and privacy concerns. These concerns are due to fears of international terrorism and communication of terrorist threats by means of the Internet either by accessing electronic mail or websites. These governmental monitoring is affecting privacy concerns, electronic commerce and the growth of the Internet.
