Hacking Legislation Proposed To Prevent Peer To Peer Sharing That Leads To Copyright Violations

New legislation has been introduced by the House of Representatives that would amend the Copyright Act, to limit the liability of copyright owners for protecting their works on peer-to-peer networks. The bill H.R.5211 was proposed to deal with attempting to stop people from downloading pirated music and movies off the Internet.
