Sellers’ Remedies And Obligations Under The Uniform Commercial Code

In the event of a breach of a valid and enforceable contract, a seller has the right to be able to receive remedies. These remedies may include the full contract price, the resell price plus potential profits, incidental profits and the ability to collect the contract price when the buyer breaches on a special product. Under the Uniform Commercial Code, the seller is entitled to a variety of remedies depending on the nature of the goods involved and if resell was possible.
