Buyer’s Remedies And Obligations Under The Uniform Commercial Code

In the event of a breach of a valid and enforceable contract, a buyer has a right to certain remedies. These rights include specific performance, the right to recover incidental and consequential damages as well as the right to reject non-conforming goods after an inspection of these goods. Damages may be limited by the language of the contract in a liquidated damages clause.
