Unconsciounability In Contracts

The enforceability of a contract depends on whether there is unconscionability. If a court determines that there is unconscionability involved, they may not enforce the parts of the contracts that they have found to be unfair or grossly one-sided in nature. If business people are involved then the contract is assumed to be conscionable.
