Computer Fraud And Abuse Act Related To Spamming Efforts Of A Commercial Site

In America Online v. LCGM, the court awarded AOL an injunction, enjoining defendants from continuing to send unsolicited spam, or harvest AOL subscriber e-mail addresses.
