Xerox Wins Patent Infringement Case Against Palm And 3com

The U.S. District Court has ruled that Xerox Corporation UnistrokesA patent is valid and Palm Inc. and 3Com infringed their patent in their handheld electronic organizers that use the Graffiti program.
