Telephone Tapping: Right To Privacy Includes Telephone Conversation

The Supreme Court of India laid down that Telephone Tapping infracted Article 21 of the Constitution of India (Right to Life) and held that Right to Privacy is part of Right to Life and Right to Privacy would include Telephone conversation in the privacy or home or office.
