INTERNATIONAL COMMERCIAL ARBITRATION LAW OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

International commercial arbitration in Russia is regulated by the Federal Law on International Commercial Arbitration of July 7, 1993. It is based on the 1985 UNCITRAL Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration.
