GOOGLE STREET VIEW PRIVACY LAWSUIT FAILS: BORING V. GOOGLE, INC.

A couple from Pennsylvania sued Google, Inc. A Google camera car had driven up their private driveway and taken photographs, which were posted on Google's Street View application. A federal court dismissed the lawsuit.. Boring v. Google, Civ. No. 08-694, U.S.D.C. (W.D. Pa., Feb. 17, 2009).
