Armenia’s Law on Trade marks, Service Marks and Appellations of Origin

The Republic of Armenia’s Law on Trade Marks, Service Marks, and Appellations of Origin was adopted by Armenia’s National Assembly on 20 March, 2000. It establishes a comprehensive legal framework for trade marks, service marks and appellations of origin in that country.
