The Nigerian Arbitration and Conciliation Act Cap A18 (the “ACA”) forms the legal basis of commercial arbitration and alternative dispute resolution in Nigeria. The New York Convention on the Recognition of Arbitral Awards is incorporated into Nigerian law.
