Macedonian E-Commerce Law

Macedonian regulates e-commerce through the Electronic Commerce Law 2007. This law creates an e-commerce legal framework covering online contracts, communication, and information society services. Inspectors of the Macedonian State Market Inspectorate and the Agency for Electronic Communication enforce the Electronic Commerce Law.
