Tariffs On E-commerce In Thailand

Although the Thai government is adopting and implementing various laws on e-commerce, there is no specific law that deals with e-commerce tax or duties on goods that are imported into the country through e-commerce means. Regarding custom duties on e-commerce transactions, Thailand's Revenue Department has declared that goods purchased via the Internet are subject to the same customs duties that apply to conventional purchases.
