Vat In The Czech Republic

Businesses are required to compute and pay value added tax (VAT) for their entire taxable activities, including both conventional forms of business and e-commerce. VAT is charged on goods, and some services, that are imported from outside the European Community and on goods and services coming into the Czech Republic from another EC member state. In the Czech Republic, goods and services are taxed at the standard VAT rate of 19%.
