Indian Cybersquatter Ordered To Transfer Domain Names To Trade Mark Owner

In the case of SAP Systems / SAP India v/s. Davinder Pal Singh Bhatia. The Sole Panelist of the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center directed an Indian Cybersquatter to transfer to the Complainant Company, the domain names “sapmaster.com” and “sapwizard.com” as the action was in violation of the Uniform dispute Resolution Policy of the ICANN.
