Acknowledgment Of Directive 2001/29/ec On The Harmonization Of Certain Aspects Of Copyright And Related Rights In The Information Society (3): Phonograms Producer, Entity And Duration Of His Rights

Decree n.68 dated 9th April 2003 acknowledged in the Italian regulations Directive 2001/29/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 22nd May 2001 on the harmonization of certain aspects of copyright and related rights in the information society. Such Directive aims at increasing legal certainty of copyright and related rights, guaranteeing it and providing for a high level of protection of intellectual property. This Decree deals with different aspects to which it is appropriate to make a through review.
