Council Regulation (ec) N.1992/2003 Dated 27th October 2003 Amending Council Regulation (ec) N.40/94 Dated 20th December 1993 On The Community Trade Mark To Give Effect To The Accession Of The European Community To The Protocol Relating To The Madrid Agreement Concerning The International Registration Of Marks

The Council Regulation (EC) n.1992/2003 dated 27th October 2003 amends the Council Regulation (EC) n.40/94 on the Community trade mark to give effect to the accession of the European Community to the Protocol relating to the Madrid Agreement concerning the international registration of marks, adopted at Madrid on the 27th June 1989. This Regulation deals with different aspects to which it is appropriate to make a through review, among which the filing of an international application, the form and contents of the international application, the recordal in the files and in the Register, the request for territorial extension subsequent to the international registration and the international fees.
