New Anti Cyber-squatting Statutes In Korea

Despite the widespread use of the internet in Korea, a legal framework for the maintenance of internet addresses is yet to be established. As the range of application concerning internet addresses is expected to grow in the near future, continuous criticisms are made pointing out the need to maintain internet addresses as major information communication resources of the country.
