Rules Of Presumption For Admitting Electronic Records As Evidence

The Information Technology Act 2000 (IT Act) incorporates a schedule (second schedule) which provides for amendment to Indian Evidence Act, 1872 (Evidence Act) to grant certain presumption value to electronic record and digital signature.
