Directive N.1999/93/ce, Under Italian Law, Concerning A Community Framework For Electronic Signatures (4): Certificates And Certification-service-providers.The Decree n.10 dated 23rd January 2002 acknowledged in the Italian legal system the Directive n. 1999/93/CE concerning a Community framework for electronic signatures. The Decree deals with different aspects to which it is appropriate to make a through review, among which some concerning the activity and the liability of the certification-service-providers.
