Eu And Us Policies Regarding The Liability Of Internet Service Providers

On of the major issues of Internet law is the question of who should be liable for copyright infringement that takes place online. Indeed, when a work is transmitted from one point to another, or made available to the public to access, numerous parties are involved in the transmission, including entities that provide Internet access or online services (“ISP.”) ISPs should be aware that the EU and the US policies in this respect are slightly different.
