Electronic Transactions Law Of The Cayman Islands

With a view to developing e-business, the Government of the Cayman has introduced the Electronic Transactions Law 2000 (the “ETL.”) The ETL establishes the validity of electronic signatures and sets forth several regulations applying to electronic communications.

The following questions have been addressed in this article:
