Directive N.1999/93/ce, Under Italian Law, Concerning A Community Framework For Electronic Signatures (1): Digital And Electronic Signature.

The Decree n.10 dated 23rd January 2003 acknowledged in the Italian legal system the Directive n. 1999/93/CE concerning a Community framework for electronic signatures. The Directive aims at warranting and ensuring the safety and the reliability on electronic communication and commerce by electronic signatures and the related services which contribute to the legal recognition of data, offering to the CE Member States a regulation for their own nation.
