Nepal Industrial Enterprises Act

The Industrial Enterprises Act 1992 of November 12, 1992 (the “IEA”) is aimed at developing the industrialization of Nepal. To this end, the IEA regulates certain industries, including those that may cause adverse effect on the environment, and promotes the adoption of diverse incentive provisions in order to boost economic development.
