Islamabad Consumer Protection Act

Consumer protection in Pakistan is regulated by several acts, including the important Islamabad Consumer Protection Act 1995 (the “ICPA.”) The ICPA provides for the promotion and protection of the interests of consumers, and establishes the Islamabad Consumers Protection Council.
