Electronic Transactions Under The Law Of Pakistan

Electronic transactions in Pakistan are regulated by the Electronic Transactions Ordinance, which was promulgated on September 11, 2002 (the “ETO”), to recognize and facilitate documents, records, information, communications and transactions in electronic form, and to provide for the accreditation of certification service providers.
