Electronic Signature Under The Law Of Vanuatu

Electronic signatures in the Republic of Vanuatu are regulated by the Electronic Transactions Act n.24 of 2000 (the “ETA”), which provides a regulatory framework for the development of electronic commerce in Vanuatu. The ETA establishes the validity of electronic signatures and sets forth several regulations applying to electronic contracts.
