Electronic Transactions Under The Law Of Vanuatu

Electronic transactions in the Republic of Vanuatu are regulated by the Electronic Transactions Act n.24 of 2000 (the “ETA”), which provides a regulatory framework for the development of electronic commerce in Vanuatu.
