Electronic Signature Under The Law Of Estonia

Under the law of the Republic of Estonia, electronic signature has been implemented by the Digital Signatures Act of March 8, 2000. This Act provides that electronic signature has the same probative value as handwritten signature provided that it is secure. This Act also regulates the activity of Certification Services Providers (“CSPs.”)
