Cartagena Agreement (latin America)

The Andean Community adopted the Cartagena Agreement in an effort to integrate the communities of the countries involves as well as to foster democratic virtues and goals in an effort to improve their foreign policy. The Cartagena Agreement has been significant, because it has undergone changes but is still effective in its form including the Protocol of Trujillo and Sucle Agreement.
