The E-Consumer Gov ensures to enhance the rights of consumer protection and confidence in the world of electronic commerce. Thirteen countries have initialized this program in an effort to gather and resolve cross border e-commerce complaints. This program is involved with the enforcement of standards being made to cause an increase in electronic commerce and a fair environment for all.
