Criminalization of Cartels under UK Law

United Kingdom Law criminalizes behavior that is a breach of antitrust law and competitive practices. Cartel agreements will not only be liable for civil but also criminal remedies including imprisonment and/or fines under the Enterprise Act of 2002.
