Designs Mark Registration Under Hong Kong Law

A registered design allows the owner the exclusive right to make, offer, put on the market, import, export, use or stock any product to which the design has been applied or is incorporated, or to let others use the design under terms agreed with the registered owner in the form of a license or an assignment. The design registration must be applied for in Hong Kong to receive protection against infringement.
