The law of “undeveloped ideas” has occurred in many scenarios in which individuals have created some idea or invention and submits this conception to a television company or a company for their consideration. Without a non-disclosure agreement in place or some kind of contractual arrangement a lot of companies use these type of ideas for their own use and do not compensate the contributor in any form.
