Goodmans is a Canadian legal superpower. Most notably a transactional practice, Goodmans is a full service firm, representing a broad range of domestic and overseas clients. Michael is also Editor-in-Chief of Internet and E-Commerce Law in Canada for Butterworths, a national columnist for the Globe and Mail (Cyberlaw), and the creator and author of Internet Law News, an on-line e-commerce law and news service.
